I first started taking bee pollen back in 2014. I had read a book called the Eat Clean Diet by Tosca Reno and in her meal plan it included adding bee pollen to your oatmeal each morning. I didn’t really know whyI had to take bee pollen, but I did just to follow the plan.
I didn’t really love the taste so I started looking up the benefits to justify why I was even eating it.
In January of last year, I kept seeing #Whole30 floating around the internet. It seemed everyone was doing this diet as their New Years Resolution. Then in the summer I saw my friend write a status about how she was trying it to help with her mirgranes. I thought, "OK time to check this thing out."
